Milo Shapiro of IMPROVentures uses improv in his highly-interactive motivational speeches on risk-taking and moving past the fear of failure. He is also a speaking coach and the author of “Public Speaking: Get A’s, Not Zzzzzz’s”.
This week, the blog seems to center around whether to ask the “dumb” questions. As an improviser who walks the line of risking dumb-hood on stage all the time, what I love about this concept is the bravery it takes to raise one’s hand and ask something that could make one look foolish − especially in front of NSA folks (who thankfully never judge one another).
